In Singapore, where innovation, precision and quality are part of everyday life, this Atelier kitchen by Abimis was created for those who experience cooking as a creative act as well as a domestic passion. It is the heart of the home of a digital communications professional, an influencer with a large following abroad too, who is accustomed to transforming every recipe into a story and every preparation into a moment of sharing.
Here, the kitchen is the most lived-in space in the home. Cooking, experimenting, photographing preparations and sharing experiences all take place here. For this reason, every element has been designed to make the work more fluid, precise and natural. And for the same reason, every design choice has been guided by a precise objective: to eliminate every obstacle between the conception of a dish and its creation.
The visual impact immediately evokes the world of great professional kitchens. The bespoke solution produced by Abimis for this ultra-modern home, on the top floor of a skyscraper, does indeed resemble the kitchen of a great chef’s restaurant.

Tall storage units and large stainless steel work surfaces create a rigorous, almost monolithic environment in which every element finds its precise place.
But behind this deliberately industrial aesthetic lies a kitchen designed around the everyday movements of those who use it: what Abimis calls the 5 steps of cooking.

The continuous surfaces, the large work areas, the integrated appliances and the routes studied down to the smallest detail make every movement natural, fluid and intuitive.
The stainless steel establishes a dialogue with the substantial grey marble surfaces of the walls and floor, with their deep black and rust-coloured veining, which introduce a textured and sophisticated note. Above the worktop, the wall units with smoked glass doors lighten the composition while preserving its understated character.

Nothing has been concealed. Large-scale refrigerated cells produced by Abimis, appliances and a professionally-derived hob declare from the very first glance the true nature of this Atelier: a kitchen conceived first and foremost down to the smallest detail to be used intensively.
One of the most personal elements of the project is the large open shelving unit made to measure by Abimis.

This is not a simple larder, but a gastronomic archive designed to house around a hundred containers of spices, sauces, aromas and ingredients from kitchens all over the world. Every jar is immediately visible and reachable with a single gesture, allowing one to work with the same speed and precision as in a professional kitchen.
It is a solution born from observing the daily habits of the owner: those who cook frequently know the value of having everything within easy reach, without wasting time searching for ingredients.
Customisation thus becomes a concrete tool for functionality, transforming a very specific requirement into a distinctive element of the entire project.
Every Abimis kitchen is born from listening to those who will live in it every day.
In this Singapore project, the Atelier kitchen perfectly interprets a home where the boundary between private life, creativity and conviviality is increasingly blurred. The spaces are organised to support intense rhythms, elaborate preparations and the pleasure of sharing food with friends and guests, without sacrificing the elegance of a domestic setting.
Like all Abimis projects, this well-equipped professional-grade kitchen, which retains all the authority of great restaurant kitchens, has been perfectly designed and then integrated into a domestic space capable of accompanying day-to-day life with naturalness, precision and an extraordinary freedom of use.
