Thanks to its experience in the world of professional kitchens, Abimis often collaborates with important brands related to the world of food&bevarages.
It has recently formed a partnership with Nardini, a historic distillery founded in Bassano in 1779
Together they organised an event at Garage Nardini, one of the most famous bars and restaurants in the Veneto town. A very trendy place, where you can have a meal or just taste the various liqueurs made by Nardini and the numerous aperitifs.
A partnership between three Veneto excellences
Nardini has already been working for a long time with Prisma, the parent company to which Abimis belongs, and which specialises, among other things, in the creation of exclusive cocktail station.
The Abimis and Nardini event in Bassano
For the occasion of a private and very exclusive invitation-only evening, the “distilleria del Ponte” asked Abimis to provide a small outdoor kitchen to be placed under the porch of Garage Nardini and asked Prisma for a branded cocktail station.
The chef of Garage NARDINI needed a small but perfectly efficient and organised outdoor kitchen: an outdoor kitchen of professional origin, according to the best Abimis tradition, in which to prepare dishes to accompany aperitifs and special Nardini cocktails, created for the occasion by a professional barman.
An Àtria outdoor kitchen by Abimis
Given the prestige of the event and the historical context, this kitchen was also to be a design element: not only functional, but also beautiful to look at. Almost a sculptural object that blended well with the historic walls of Garage Nardini.
Abimis made a small Àtria model outdoor kitchen especially for the occasion. It is an element completely made of stainless steel, with minimal lines and architectural shapes, designed for Abimis by Studio Delineo and Massimo Rosati.
The kitchen, made up of modules supported by slender steel legs, is comprised of a single block. The top is equipped with an integrated sink and an induction hob. In the middle is the worktop for preparing food.
Àtria has also been equipped with a steel backrest equipped with shelves and bottle holders. At the base, under the containers, three practical open compartments have been created. Solutions requested by the chef to always have at hand the ingredients necessary for his show cooking and everything he needs for serving the dishes.
The Nardini event in Bassano was a great success. While the aperitifs were being prepared in the cocktail station, the chef could focus on preparing his various delights in the Àtria kitchen.
Thus, the guests could appreciate three prestigious Italian creations, in particular from the Veneto region. The Àtria kitchen by Abimis, the cocktail station by Prisma and the extraordinary products of the Nardini distillery, the trait d’union of the whole project.
