Abimis a Cersaie con Ceramica Sant’Agostino

As happens every year, Prisma and Abimis wanted to thank their team of employees and workers by organising the traditional corporate dinner in the new facility, which opened at the end of 2023 to celebrate the ‘first’ 40 years of the company.

In September 2024, the traditional company dinner was held in the new plant in San Polo di Piave, organised together with Abimis, a company that has been an integral part of the Prisma Group since 2013.
The objective of this event was twofold: on the one hand, to thank all the employees and workers and on the other hand, to cement the team spirit that for over 40 years has been one of the strengths of the Treviso brand.

“My workers are my extended family,” confesses Silvano Ongaro

The founder Silvano Ongaro, assisted in the management of the two companies by his daughters Paola and Anna, has always been careful to ensure the highest quality of work, maximum safety and well-being for all his workers. This is why he is particularly keen to celebrate this shared moment in order to thank and build positive relationships with and between employees, focusing on the concept of ‘team building’.

The dinner

Inside the plant a long single table was set up, a sort of ‘social table’ without assigned seats but where everyone could freely choose where to sit and move around over the evening. It was a way to get to know colleagues who work in different departments so without day-to-day contact with each other.
But at the same time a way to bring together and merge the many different ethnicities and cultures that make up the ‘large Prisma family’, in an atmosphere of light-hearted conviviality.

The three-colour team challenge: united we stand!

To increase this spirit of union and collaboration between workers, which has always been promoted by Prisma, at the end of the evening three teams were formed wearing sweaters in different colours: red, white and green. The Italian character of the brand was in fact the main theme of the evening, from the choice of colours to the dishes served.
The three groups, drawn at random from manual workers, office staff and executives – including the Ongaro family – had to take on 3 team games: karaoke, shooting into the hoop and tug-of-war.
The dinner, which was actually more like a party, as every year was much appreciated by the great ‘three-colour’ Prisma-Abimis team.
Who, obviously, arranged to meet again in autumn 2025!
