With this system, the temperature of the various compartments can be adjusted as required, and the status of the compartments can be monitored at all times.

of the cold control system

  • The cells are independent of each other and can be adjusted to different temperatures to preserve different foods.
  • An internal ventilation system ensures the same temperature at every point.
  • The refrigerated columns, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, are customizable in finish and configuration.
  • The doors are flush and rounded.
  • The containers are available with no sharp inside corners, preventing dirt from nesting and for easy cleaning.
  • The compartments are compatible with the Gastronorm system, so as to optimize the use of space.
  • All the shelves can be pulled out for maximum accessibility.
  • Minimum and maximum fridge temperature: -2°C +8°C.
  • Minimum and maximum freezer temperature: -20°C -18°C.
