An Ego outdoor stainless steel kitchen, in an unprecedented Terra di Siena orange version, was the star of a major event in Cortina d\u2019Ampezzo, combining nature with food culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An event celebrating the ecosystem and sustainable food<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

From 23rd to 26th January, Cortina d\u2019Ampezzo hosted the fifth edition of Genesis Cortina<\/strong>, an event promoted by Sanbriete<\/strong> that transformed the “Queen of the Dolomites” into a widespread workshop dedicated to local food, landscape, and culture. Workshops, round tables, sports activities, and gourmet dinners gave rise to a programme of events focused on the values of sustainability, locally-sourced food and respect for raw materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this context, Abimis was an official partner, bringing its idea of the kitchen as both a cultural and a functional tool to the heart of the Dolomites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Ego kitchen stars at El Brite de Larieto<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The garden of El Brite de Larieto<\/a><\/strong> led by chef Riccardo Gaspari<\/strong>, played host to a special configuration of the Ego kitchen by Abimis<\/a><\/strong>, designed by the architect Alberto Torsello. An outdoor element, made entirely of stainless steel and finished in a vibrant Terra di Siena orange hue. This colour choice created a surprising yet natural contrast that blended with the autumnal landscape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Custom-made like every Abimis model, the bespoke Ego outdoor kitchen<\/a><\/strong> was equipped with gas burners, an induction hob and a sink integrated into the worktop. The set-up was completed with satin-finish stainless steel handles and a compact structure without joints or gaps, designed to withstand outdoor use without compromising on design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The workshop with \u2018Baker & Dreamer\u2019 Giulia Busato<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The same Ego kitchen by Abimis also featured in a bread-making workshop, conducted with the support of Ambrosoli and led by Giulia Busato<\/strong> of Tocio Bread<\/a><\/strong>, a young Venetian entrepreneur and baker recognised by the Gambero Rosso guide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her performance, \u201cEmerging Baker\u201d, used bread to tell a story about the value of biodiversity and the connection to the land, celebrating an ancient tradition with contemporary tools and techniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

High-end outdoor cooking, between design and nature<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Participating in Genesis Cortina allowed Abimis to reaffirm its commitment to a design that combines tradition craftsmanship with technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The outdoor version of the Ego kitchen demonstrated how Abimis\u2019s bespoke stainless steel kitchens<\/a><\/strong> can perfectly integrate with outdoor spaces and the surrounding landscape, taking the high-end cooking experience outdoors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This event once again confirmed the brand\u2019s connection with chefs, designers, and gourmet enthusiasts, in addition to its ability to bring the art of domestic and professional cooking to unique and extraordinary settings.<\/p>\n\n\n
